IG Milla Jovovich | Serums and Oils! The 2 most important things I’ve used as serums are A. Vitamin C and B. Peptides. The vitamin C serums I love the most are made by @isclinical. These are very pricey but I’ve found they are incredible. I also like this serum by @biobare that is a combo of Vitamin C, B, E and Ferulic acid. All these things are powerful antioxidants and protectors from pollutants. They also combat sun damage. Another great serum for when you’re feeling extra dry during the day is from a company called @pyunkangyul. It’s very moisturizing and I use it a lot at night as well because it really seals in all the products underneath it. This stuff is a miracle. Peptide serums are amazing because they rebuild collagen in your skin. They’re like the building blocks, they repair and strengthen. They actually signal to your skin “hey we need some work done over here”. There’s different types of peptide serums and they do different stuff, so I would keep your phone handy when you’re buying them so you can quickly look up what they do. I’m constantly researching skin care ingredients. For instance I had no clue that copper peptides (which are amazing at rebuilding collagen in the skin) shouldn’t be mixed with Vitamin C. I guess the copper corrodes the Vitamin C and kind of cancels it out, so go figure. To be safe, I use the Vitamin C serum during the day and save the peptide serums for night time. Anyway look up “peptide serums” online and check it out. There’s some great articles describing them in more detail than I have the space to do here and they also give great product suggestions! Oils. Oils are my favorite. They’re amazing because I will use them instead of a moisturizer. The @umaoils beauty boosting day oil is wonderful. It absorbs into the skin locking in all the good serums you’ve just put on. I also love @herbivorebotanicals lapis oil. It has Azulene in it which gives it that gorgeous blue color and combats redness. The Oil that has changed my life is the Manjish Glow Elixir. It’s so amazing you guys by @theayurvedaexperience. #millaskin
